GET STARTEDHi, Iām Sam! Believe it or not, I was not always athletic. I grew up in the arts where I sang and danced. The idea of going to a gym or playing a sport was SO intimidating to me. It wasn't until after college when I decided to join a gym and prioritize my health. From there it took off and I became addicted to moving my body and finding new ways to challenge myself. In 2017, I started running and becoming more consistent with strength training. Since then I have completed half marathons, full marathons, triathlons and Hyrox.
The more I took care of my body, the more I learned how important it is to prioritize nutrition and the foods we put in our body. In 2023, I went to nutrition school, earned my nutrition certification and also became a CPT. When I am not working, I am with my two boys either playing outside with our dog or creating a dish in the kitchen. They love being the taste testers for my new recipes and I can always count on them for an honest review!
